For Wholesalers: If you are a new customer interested in receiving a wholesale catalog, please fax the following information to (973) 238-9564:
- A copy of your business license
- the address you would like the catalog sent to
If you are located in a state that does not require a business license, then we need a copy of your tax id number and some other kind of proof that you are a business. That can be anything from a copy of your lease that states the type of business you are, to a business card, to an ad in your local paper advertising your business.
